I architected and built a backend system to redesign and upgrade the order tracking notification system at Delivery Hero, the parent company of the number one food delivery app in over 20 countries. The app generates over 3 million orders a day or 350k requests per minute at peak times. The tracking notifications are central to making orders a good experience, keeping customers calm and happy while they wait.
I also maintained and created new features for the order tracking API and other related microservices.
